This is a picture of the pool where I took swimming lessons when I was 5. I walked past it just now & had lots of fond memories like: Marco Polo, swim freeze tag, races, wrestling matches & lots more. To this day, I still love to swim & this pool was my introduction to a lifetime of enjoyment!
In a similar way, when we get introduced to Jesus, we can experience a life of enjoyment, fulfillment, strength, grace, wonder, forgiveness & best of all, genuine love. May this blog remind you to go back to your first live with Jesus, no matter the circumstances of your life, things you’ve messed up, wounds you’ve experienced, misunderstandings, etc. Let’s allow Jesus to love our hearts back to the deeply fulfilling relationship He so intensely wants with us!
